I’m a Consultant Specialist in Occupational Medicine and proud to have been part of Medigold Health for many years. My career began in orthopaedics before I discovered my passion for occupational health, and I’ve spent years shaping clinical services that genuinely make a difference. I also serve as President of the Occupational Medicine Section at the Royal Society of Medicine and love supporting our Protect customers with accessible, high-quality clinical expertise they can rely on.

I’ve been with Medigold Health for 18 months, specialising in introducing our Protect service to SMEs and small corporate clients. In my role, I focus on building strong relationships, helping to identify customer needs and showing them how occupational health can add real value for their business. Adopting a consultative approach, I take pride in helping organisations invest in their people so that they can better support employee wellbeing and ensure long-term business success. When I’m not at work, you’ll usually find me buried in a good book or lifting weights at the gym.

I first joined Medigold in 2021 as a Team Manager in the Customer Service department, before moving across to the Protect Team in 2023. As a Client Relationship Manager, I managed an appointed portfolio of Protect clients, ensuring seamless service delivery and a positive customer experience while also providing support, insight and strategic guidance to help them get the most from their occupational health provision. In 2025, I transitioned into the Protect Sales Team, where I now consult with businesses seeking to improve their approach to employee health, helping them to see the benefits and impact that the Protect service offers.

In my role, I work closely with businesses who are ready to rethink their OH provision. For me, it’s all about listening first – understanding what’s working, what challenges they’re facing and what they want to achieve. From there, I help shape tailored solutions that align with their goals, ensuring expectations are clear from the outset. With over 11 years in occupational health, I’ve seen the industry evolve and have grown along with it. Today, I’m proud to use that experience to guide clients through meaningful change, taking a consultative, people-first approach and building strong, lasting relationships along the way. Outside of work, I enjoy early gym sessions, walks with my dog and watching my two boys play football. I’m also partial to a G&T!

I have worked in Occupational Health for over 10 years and joined the Protect team five years ago. I take a collaborative, proactive approach to relationship management, working closely with my clients to understand their specific needs, identify ways we can develop proactive solutions together, and ensure services run smoothly to support their goals. I really love my role, and what I enjoy most is that no two days are ever the same – every client brings new challenges and opportunities.

I have been part of the Protect team for around two years. I believe great customer service starts with genuine connection – getting to know my clients, understanding what matters most to them, and making sure they always feel supported. I am passionate about building successful relationships and find this aspect of my role incredibly rewarding, especially when customers consistently choose to renew their subscription. Whether it’s solving challenges or finding new ways to help them take better care of their employees, I take pride in supporting them to get the best experience from their occupational health provision. I enjoy tackling challenges outside of work, too – including once climbing the Great Wall of China!

In my role, I work closely with Medigold’s Head of Customer Services and our Clinical Insights Manager to ensure the seamless and timely delivery of our core Occupational Health services. With a background spanning customer service, business intelligence, and operations, I bring a well-rounded perspective to my role, drawing on my knowledge and experience to help shape the development of our services and make sure they’re fully aligned with all our clients’ needs. I’m also responsible for driving the continuous improvement of our delivery model, using data analysis and client feedback to ensure our processes are efficient, responsive and provide real value for our customers.

Head of Customer Services

I oversee and direct all of Medigold’s Occupational Health customer service operations. My primary goal is to ensure excellent customer experiences and satisfaction through providing strong leadership and support to our customer service managers and their teams. Day to day, my focus is on developing and implementing processes to drive efficiency, monitoring service metrics and customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement, and collaborating with other departments to enhance the overall customer journey. I’m also responsible for setting and tracking key performance indicators to make sure we consistently deliver exceptional performance and uphold the highest standards of service. Outside of work, you’ll find me in the gym taking on a spin or Hyrox class!
