Are there any extra costs?
No hidden fees or surprises. Your subscription covers all the core services in your package and everything is completely transparent. If you’d like to add extra support from our wider range of Medigold Health services, such as health surveillance or drug and alcohol testing, we’ll always agree the cost clearly in advance so you know exactly what you’re paying for.
Can I access other Medigold Health services?
Yes, you can. As a Protect client, you can access any of Medigold Health’s wider services at exclusive rates. Whether you want to add specialist medicals, wellbeing initiatives or bespoke training, we’ll make it easy and straightforward.
Is Protect suitable for large companies?
Protect is designed for businesses of all sizes up to around 1,000 employees. If your organisation grows beyond that, our full Medigold Health OH services are usually a better fit, offering the same trusted support with additional flexibility for larger workforces. Our team will help you choose the best option as your business evolves.
How quickly can we get started?
Once you’ve signed up, setup is quick and easy. You’ll be up and running in no time, with access to your online portal and all your Protect resources.
